Montgomery Subaru Loves the Earth

We love to see Montgomery thrive, and we feel that taking care of our environment around us will allow for our city to be a better place. At our dealership, we go above and beyond to collect recyclables like plastic, metal, paper, and cardboard. 

Every March, in partnership with the Arbor Day Foundation, we gift 100 trees to customers and the local community as part of the Subaru Loves the Earth initiative. These trees are specially selected to thrive in our region and provide lasting benefits to the local environment—from improving air quality to supporting native wildlife and enhancing natural beauty.

In addition, we have been planting a bi-annual garden on our property for over 10 years now. We believe that Alabama has the best-growing conditions in the summer, and we have the opportunity to make a difference by offering fresh, nutritious, and sustainable vegetables for staff, customers, and local charities. Next time you're in for service or looking at a new Subaru, be sure to ask about our garden and we would be happy to take you on a tour!

In 2022, we started an official "Garden Share" program with two local charities in the area, Montgomery Meals on Wheels and Friendship Mission. We hope to make an impact on food insecurity in the Montgomery area by providing locally-grown vegetables to people in need.

In 2018, we became a designated Subaru Eco-Friendly Retailer through our efforts in recycling, utility usage, waste management, and our community garden. We're so proud to have this designation, and try to go above and beyond to reduce our footprint in the Montgomery area.
